Fox & Boo are British designers of beautifully illustrated greeting cards, homeware, textiles and gifts.
Artwork is created by Shropshire born Lisa Fox, an accomplished book illustrator, author, Ladybird Books artist and former designer for The National Trust. Lisa draws her ideas from the British rural landscape, from the coast to canals, fields to farms, and mountains to meres, so she is not short of inspiration in her beloved Shropshire.
Lisa's distinctive illustrative style is of course due to her career as a commercial artist, but her work is largely influenced by antique book illustrations, William Morris, William de Morgan and the Arts & Crafts movement.
Fox and Boo are an independent, family business established in 2017, even so they are fast establishing themselves as a recognised brand. They have developed strong online sales and a global customer base, which is largely due to continuous hard work and dedication at ground level to bring their brand to new audiences.
In local terms, this means 5am starts and long days trading, where woolly socks, muscles and a steady supply of hot drinks are essential, as Fox and Boo have found an outlet for their wares, and an army of FAB followers on the artisan circuit from Mid Wales to Derbyshire.
Visit https://pedddle.com/stalls/fox-and-boo/ or visit their Off to Market page to see where they will be trading next. Alternatively a list of stockists is available here, but do check as stock does vary from one stockist to another.
The provenance of their products is of the utmost importance as they wholeheartedly believe that British craftsmanship is second to none, so they support other British business by ensuring that all products are printed and made in the United Kingdom.
