REFUNDS & FAULTY ITEMS
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their order and love their items as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, don't hesitate to contact us for a resolution. Full refunds will be given on faulty items.
If an item is lost or damaged please let us know right away so we can work to fix the situation.
WHAT IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND?
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 buyers have a minimum of 14 calendar days from the day after the item is received to let us know they’d like to return the item for a refund. You then have an additional 14 calendar days from when you let us know to actually return it, or provide proof of the return.
If the item is not faulty and you have simply changed your mind, we will not refund the original delivery charges, and you must pay to return the item safely to us via a traceable method.
Refunds will ONLY be processed when we receive the item back in our shop. Please include a note with the package that states your order details, as well as the recipients full name (as entered into the checkout process).
The Consumer Contracts Regulations apply only to certain purchased items.
ALL CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.
